Fans redeem the benefits that you agree to by following the directions you provide and showing their Everfest Premium credentials (via their mobile app or branded membership card). The process will vary depending on the benefit, from going to a certain booth at a certain time, to using a special web link, etc - but Everfest will work with you to make it as seamless as possible with your existing operations.
