There are two links available to access the festival profile claim form: one in the "About This Festival" section at the top of the festival profile page, and another at the bottom of the right sidebar on the festival profile page that says "I Run This Festival." (You can find your festival by using our Search page.) Click the link on the festival page, provide some basic contact information, and we'll do our best to process your request within a few days. Once we have approved your request, we will send you a notification email and voilà! You will now be able to edit your festival information through your Organizer PRO dashboard. While we are processing your request, it will remain in a "pending" state and you will not be able to edit. This is to ensure security for our verified organizers. We appreciate your patience!
You must be logged into an Everfest user account to claim a festival, and the claims process will go the fastest if the account is associated with an official Facebook page or email address for the festival. If you only have a personal user account on Everfest, it is helpful to create a separate account using your festival's credentials to log in for claiming and editing purposes.
If your festival does not yet have a page on Everfest, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name, dates, location, website link, and Facebook link to submit it.
