How do I edit the contact information on my order?

To edit the name, email and/or phone number on your order for will call pick up – please contact customer support at [e-mail]. Please note that some festivals have strict Will Call policies, and in most cases, the person listed as the pickup person must be present to pick up your tickets.

Please note: At this time, festival tickets and rewards purchased on Everfest are non-transferable. When completing your purchase, please enter the contact information of the person who will be picking up your tickets and/or rewards.
