How do I redeem Group Rewards?

To redeem Group Rewards you must:

1. Be the Group Leader
2. Have enough points in your Group's balance to apply towards a reward offered for that festival

Once the Group Leader is signed in and visits their Group Page, they can scroll down to the 'Festival Rewards' section to see the Rewards currently available. To redeem a reward your Group is eligible for, click on the blue Redeem button next to the Reward you are redeeming:

The reward will now be moved to your cart and the button will now show:

You will now need to check out to redeem your reward. Click the Next button and fill out the Delivery Method for your reward.

Click the Next button again and enter your Order Contact Information or Payment Information, depending on the Delivery Method chosen. Please note that By Mail rewards will require a shipping fee.

Click the Next button one last time to 'Review & Checkout' your order. Accept Everfest's ticketing terms & conditions and no-refund policy, and click the Pay button. Bam! You have successfully redeemed a Group Reward.

 

You can view the Order Details on your My Purchases page. Now it's time to start fest-ing with your squad!
