First, click “View Profile” on the left sidebar and make sure that your profile is up to date, as this is what is shown to organizers when you apply. If you need to make edits, click “edit profiles” on the left sidebar. After your profile is good to go, click “Search Festivals” on the left sidebar to find festivals to apply to. Here you can search festivals by keyword, location and category.
Once you find a festival you are interested in you can either click the heart to save the festival to your dashboard for later, or you can click the link to their profile if you’re ready to contact them now.
Clicking on a festival will bring you to their profile where you can find more details about the festival, such as a description, dates, address, and official links.
To contact a claimed festival:
These are festivals with a blue check mark that are claimed by the organizer on Everfest. Applying to a claimed festival will send that festival your profile directly on Everfest. To contact these festivals click the blue “Contact” button.
Clicking "contact" will pop up a window that gives you the option to add a personal message to be sent with your profile. You must click “Send” to send your profile. Once you contact the festival, it will be saved to your dashboard so that you can keep track of the festivals that you have contacted.
To contact an unclaimed festival:
To apply to these festivals click the green “Contact” button. Clicking apply will pop up a window to give you access to the email contact we have for the festival. Since these organizers are not claimed on Everfest you will have to send your own email to the festival.
A box will also pop up asking if you contacted the festival. Clicking yes will save the festival to your dashboard so that you can keep track of your applications.
